Spring into Yoga Retreat - Detoxification and Rejuvenation

Embrace this time to return to harmony and balance by being in nature and practicing yoga, healthy eating, working, and playing. The air is pristine the earth rugged and the views spectacular.

Enjoy this 2 day 2 night retreat in the hills between Hopland and Ukiah with Bronwyn and Vishal. This spring retreat will harness the power of daily yoga and gentle optional detoxification methods. Auricular acupuncture, organic vegetable juices, special yogic internal cleansing methods and ionic foot bathing will help support supreme clarity and the unlocking of our own energetic vitality.

Each day will include expert yoga instruction, delving deeply into body postures (asana) and refined alignment. Additionally, be prepared to learn the art of yogic energy expansion through disciplined breathing (pranyama). Meditation will also be explored each morning and evening. Some other crucial yogic techniques stimulating health and longevity will be presented. Food will include simple cleansing organic vegetarian dishes, fresh vegetable juice, special teas and other elixirs.

Leave refreshed, invigorated and at peace.

  • 2-3 pm Siesta or other activity
  • 3-4 pm Shat Karma
  • 4-5:30 pm Asana
  • 6 pm Dinner
  • 7 pm Circle (music and art)
  • 8-9 pm Meditation

Sunday

  • 6:30 am Arise and Shine

About Vishal, BA, MS, CMT, CYT

Vishal has been practicing Yoga under the personal guidance of Baba Hari Dass for many years and was certified by Mount Madonna Center (MMC) as an instructor in 2002. He taught regular classes at Zendo Urban Retreat in San Francisco and taught at numerous other retreats including MMC Yoga Teacher Training. Vishal has just completed his Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is an avid movement specialist being trained in dance, gymnastics, qigong and many other forms of body/mind conditioning.
