Friday evening
- 7-8:30pm opening circle
- 8:30-9pm ghasso meditation
Saturday
- 7-7:30 am ghasso meditation
- 7:30-8:30 am yoga and circle
- 9-10 breakfast
- 10-12 work trade/seva
- 12-1 reiki trade
- 1-3 lunch
- 3-4 reiki trade
- 4-5 group circle/discussion
- 5-7 free time/dinner
- 7-8:30 shu-chu-reiki
- 8:30-9pm ghasso meditation
Sunday
- 7-7:30 am ghasso meditation
- 7:30-8:30 am yoga and circle
- 9-10 breakfast
- 10-12 work trade/seva
- 12-1 reiki trade
- 1-3 lunch
- 3-5 group circle/closing
Food
If there are less than 10 of us we will
each individually arrange our food or have spontaneous
cooking sharing. If there are more people involved a
more organized system of food distribution will be arranged,
and this will slightly increase the price of the workshop.
As the time approaches those registered will be notified
of arrangements.
The cost for this retreat, not including
food, is $200 for 2 days.
I am committed to Reiki being available
to people regardless of economic difficulties. If you
are financially challenged please let me know and we
can arrange a work-trade. For example, one could arrive
early on Friday and help with set-up for the retreat.
